Requirements

7-10 years demonstrable experience of leading a team and process improvement initiatives across  operational (manufacturing) and business management settings in the manufacturing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining & assembly
  • Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvements and 5S
